Returns and Exchange Policy

No returns or order cancellations due to customer convenience

We do not accept order cancellations or return requests due to customer convenience (e.g., incorrect order, incorrect size selection, discrepancy between product image and actual product).

Before purchasing a product, please review it carefully and place your order thoughtfully.

Obligation to inspect after receiving product

Upon receipt of the product, please promptly verify its condition and conformity with your order.

However, the following items do not constitute inherent product defects and are therefore not accepted as reasons for return or exchange:

・Dimensional errors (approximately 2-3 cm) that occur due to the characteristics of knit products and elastic materials
・Minor damage to shoe boxes or packaging materials

Please note that returns or exchanges based on the above reasons are not eligible.

Returns and exchanges due to initial defects or incorrect delivery

In the event of an initial defect (e.g., damage, stain) or incorrect delivery, you must contact us by email in advance, and

We will accept returns or exchanges only if the product arrives at our company within 7 days of its arrival.
However, if there is no interchangeable stock, we will issue a refund.

*After 7 days from the arrival of the product, returns and exchanges will not be accepted for any reason.

Conditions for eligible returns/exchanges

Products eligible for return or exchange must meet all of the following conditions:

The product is in unused condition and the product tag is still attached.
All accessories (included items), invoices, etc. accompanying the product are kept in their original condition.
Other conditions separately stipulated by our company are met.

If the above conditions are not met, we may refuse returns and exchanges.

Items ineligible for return/exchange

Returns, refunds, and exchanges are not possible in the following cases:

Products showing signs of use or wear
Products stained or damaged due to customer negligence
Products that have been processed, repaired, or washed by the customer
Products with damaged, lost, or damaged packaging

*Furthermore, differences in color due to digital device screen settings, etc., are not considered defective products.

Shipping costs for returns/exchanges

In case of initial defects or incorrect delivery: We will bear the full round-trip shipping cost.
In case of customer convenience: The customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
