REFRAF Official Online Store Terms of Use
The "REFRAF Official Online Store" refers to the website operated by NOUE Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
NOUE Co., Ltd. establishes the terms of use for its services (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms") on the "REFRAF Official Online Store" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") as follows.
Chapter 1 General Provisions
Article 1 Scope and Amendments of these Terms
These Terms stipulate the rules regarding the use of this Service operated by the Company.
These Terms apply to all users (as defined in Article 3) regarding the use of this Service.
The Company may amend all or part of these Terms at any time without prior consent from users, by posting the amendments on the website or by notifying users via email or other methods deemed appropriate by the Company.
If all or part of these Terms are amended, the amended Terms shall apply to the use of this Service, and users shall comply with the amended Terms.

In these Terms, "user" refers to any person who searches, views, or uses images, texts, designs, logos, videos, programs, ideas, information, etc. (hereinafter referred to as "content") provided by the Company on this Service, after fully understanding and agreeing to the content of these Terms.
This also includes REFRAF registered customers (hereinafter referred to as "members") as defined in Article 4 below.

Article 4 Members
A "member" is a person who has approved the "REFRAF Terms of Use," applied to the Company for membership registration for "REFRAF," had their application approved by the Company, and completed the registration of necessary information through a dedicated page.
Article 5 Member Registration
Those wishing to register as a member shall apply for membership registration through the dedicated page of this Service by entering their name, date of birth, postal code, address, telephone number, email address, and password.
Individuals who are elementary school age or younger cannot apply for member registration.
The Company will review the application details and, if approved, will send a registration confirmation email. Member registration shall be completed when the said email is received.
The Company may not approve a member registration application if any of the following apply:
(1) The applicant has previously violated these Terms, etc., when using services provided by the Company, and has received measures such as registration cancellation.
(2) The member registration application contains false information.
(3) The applicant has previously defaulted on service payments, refused to receive products, or made unreasonable return requests.
(4) The applicant has previously violated the prohibited actions stipulated in Article 18 of these Terms.
(5) In other cases where the Company reasonably judges the applicant to be inappropriate for operation.
Article 6 Changes to Registered Information
If there is a change in the information registered by a member, the member must promptly change the registered information by a method separately designated by the Company.
The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred by the member due to their failure to change registered information.
Article 7 Suspension of Service Use and Cancellation of Member Registration
The Company may suspend the use of this Service, cancel member registration, or take other necessary measures without prior notice if any of the following apply to a member:
(1) The member has previously received measures such as registration cancellation due to a violation of the terms.
(2) The registered information contains false facts.
(3) There has been a default, such as delayed payment, refusal to receive products, or unreasonable return requests.
(4) The member has violated the prohibited actions stipulated in Article 18 of these Terms.
(5) The member has otherwise violated these Terms or regulations established by the Company.
(6) In other cases where the Company deems the member to be inappropriate.
Article 8 Withdrawal Procedures
Members may withdraw at any time in accordance with Article 11 of the "REFRAF Terms of Use."
Article 9 Management of REFRAF ID, Email Address, and Password
Members shall strictly manage and store their REFRAF ID, email address, and password they have set, at their own responsibility.
Members shall not transfer, sell, inherit, lend, disclose, or leak these to a third party without the Company's prior consent.
If unauthorized use is discovered, the member shall immediately notify the Company.
The member shall be responsible for any damages arising from insufficient management, errors in use, or unauthorized use by a third party, and the Company shall bear no responsibility whatsoever.
Article 10 Use of Personal Information
The Company will use personal information for the following purposes, in accordance with Article 2 of the separately stipulated "Privacy Policy."
(1) Product delivery, sending catalogs and direct mail, after-sales service, and 안내 of new products and services

(3) Creation and analysis of statistical data for marketing, sales promotion, and product planning, and advertising activities

Chapter 4 Product Purchase

Members can purchase the Company's products through this Service.
Purchase applications shall be made by the method designated by the Company.
The sales contract shall be concluded when the order confirmation email reaches the customer.
If fraudulent activity is discovered, the Company may cancel the contract and take other necessary measures.
Article 12 Payment Method
The payment amount includes the product price, consumption tax, and various fees.
Payment shall be limited to credit cards in the member's own name or methods approved by the Company.
Disputes regarding credit card payments shall be resolved between the member and the credit card company.
Article 13 Product Returns and Exchanges
Product returns and exchanges will only be accepted if requested within 7 days of product arrival and if they meet the conditions specified by the Company.
Shipping costs due to customer convenience shall be borne by the member, and in cases attributable to the Company, the Company shall bear the costs.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Article 14 Disclaimer Regarding Products
The Company does not guarantee the quality, performance, or other aspects of this Service and its products.
Except for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever.
Even if a product cannot be delivered due to an unknown delivery address or other reasons, the Company shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations at the time it completes shipment to the designated delivery address.

Article 16 Use of My Page
Members can use My Page as defined by the Company.
After logging in, members can view various functions, input, change, update, or delete information on My Page.
Article 17 Disclaimers
If this Service provides links to other websites or resources, or if links to this Service are provided from third-party websites or resources, the Company shall not be responsible for the content, use, and results of such linked sites (including, but not limited to, legality, validity, accuracy, reliability, safety, recency, and completeness).
Furthermore, if the Company reasonably determines that a linked site or resource is illegal or inappropriate for operation, it may delete the link without prior notice.
The Company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages incurred by members even if this Service is temporarily interrupted, suspended, or changed due to the reasons specified in the following items:
(1) In the event of fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, heavy snowfall, or other natural disasters.
(2) In the event of war, civil war, terrorism, riots, disturbances, or other social unrest.
(3) In the event that adequate services are not received from telecommunications carriers, transport companies, or providers contracted by the Company.
(4) In the event that technical issues arise that the Company cannot address.
The Company shall be deemed to have fulfilled its obligations by performing its operations based on the member's registered information, and shall be exempted from liability.
If a member causes damage to another user or a third party by using this Service, the member shall resolve the issue at their own responsibility and expense, and shall not cause any damage to the Company.
Article 18 Prohibited Acts
Users shall not engage in the following acts, and shall fully compensate for any damages incurred due to a violation:
(1) Acts that cause or may cause disadvantage or damage to the Company or a third party.
(2) Using this Service for commercial purposes (except with the Company's prior permission).
(3) Acts that violate or may violate laws and regulations.
(4) Using content obtained through this Service beyond the scope of personal use.
(5) Reproducing, selling, publishing, distributing, disclosing, or similar acts of content obtained through this Service to a third party.
(6) Uploading computer viruses, etc., to this Service or sending them via email, etc.
Article 19 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights related to the content provided on this Service belong to the Company or to third parties who have granted the Company permission to use it.

Article 22 Miscellaneous
In the event that an issue arises in connection with the use of this Service that cannot be resolved through these Terms and the Company's response, the Company and the user shall discuss the matter in good faith to resolve it.
If a dispute proceeds to litigation, the Okayama District Court shall be the exclusive court of agreed jurisdiction for the first instance.
Supplementary Provisions
These Terms apply to all users from February 25, 2025.
