"REFRAF Official Online Shop" is a website operated by firstmode Inc. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company").
firstmode Inc. establishes the terms of use for the service of "REFRAF Official Online Shop" (hereinafter referred to as "this Service") as follows (hereinafter referred to as "these Terms").

It also includes customers who have completed REFRAF registration as defined in Article 4 below (hereinafter referred to as “Members”).

Article 4 Members
A member is a person who has approved the "REFRAF Terms and Conditions", applied for "REFRAF" membership to us, and after our approval of the membership, has completed registration of all required information through the dedicated page.
Article 5 Member Registration
Those who wish to register as members must apply for membership by entering their name, date of birth, postal code, address, phone number, email address, and password on the dedicated page for this service.
Elementary school students and younger (standard) cannot apply for membership.
After reviewing your application and approving it, we will send you a registration confirmation email, and your membership registration will be completed upon receipt of the email.
We may not approve your membership application if any of the following applies:
(1) If you have a history of having your registration cancelled due to violation of these Terms and Conditions when using the services provided by our company in the past
(2) If the membership application information contains false information
(3) If there is a history of default in payment, failure to receive goods, or unreasonable return requests when using past services.
(4) In case of a violation of the prohibition provisions of Article 18 of these Terms and Conditions in the past
(5) In other cases where the Company reasonably determines that it is operationally inappropriate.
Article 6 Changes to registration details
If there is a change in the information registered by a member, the member must immediately update the registration information using a method separately designated by the company.
We are not responsible for any damages that may arise due to a member's failure to change their registration information.
Article 7 Suspension of use of this service and cancellation of membership registration
If a member falls under any of the following, we may take actions such as suspending service use or canceling membership registration without prior notice.
(1) In case of being deleted due to violation of past regulations
(2) If the registered information contains false information
(3) If there is a history of non-performance, such as delayed payment, failure to receive goods, or unreasonable return requests.
(4) In case of violation of the prohibitions in Article 18 of these Terms and Conditions
(5) In case of violation of other terms and conditions or regulations established by the Company.
(6) In other cases where a member is deemed inappropriate for operational reasons.
Article 8 Withdrawal Procedure
Members may withdraw at any time in accordance with Article 11 of the “REFRAF Terms and Conditions.”
Article 9 Management of REFRAF ID, email address and password
Members are responsible for thoroughly managing and storing their REFRAF ID, email address, and password.
Members must not transfer, sell, transfer, lend, disclose or leak this to a third party without our prior consent.
If you discover any misuse, you must notify us immediately.
Any damage caused by poor management, errors in use, or unauthorized use by a third party is the responsibility of the member, and we are not responsible in any way.
Article 10 Use of Personal Information
We use personal information for the following purposes in accordance with Article 2 of our separate “Privacy Policy.”
(1) Product delivery, catalog and DM delivery, after-sales service, new product and service information
(2) Mail order sales and event information
(3) Compiling and analyzing statistics for marketing, sales promotion, product planning purposes, and advertising
(4) My Page Login (including social ID linking)
(5) Prevention and response to misconduct
Chapter 4 Purchase of goods
Article 11 Purchase of goods
Members can purchase our products, etc. through this service.
Purchase applications are made in a manner specified by us.
The sales contract is established when the order confirmation email arrives.
If we discover any misconduct, we may cancel the contract or take other actions.
Article 12 Payment Method
The payment amount includes the product price, consumption tax, and fees.
Payment can only be made by credit card in your name or by a method accepted by us.
Any disputes regarding card payments will be resolved between the member and the card company.
Article 13 Return and exchange of products
Returns and exchanges are only possible if requested within 7 days of receipt and conditions are met.
In case of customer reasons, the member is responsible for the shipping cost, and in case of our reasons, we are responsible for the shipping cost.
If an exchange is not possible, a refund will be issued.
Article 14 Product Disclaimer
We do not provide any guarantees regarding the quality, performance, etc. of this service and product, and we are not responsible for any damages other than those attributable to our company.
In cases where the delivery address is unknown, etc., the obligation is considered fulfilled when delivery to the designated delivery address is completed.

Members can use the My Page designated by our company.
After logging in, members can view various functions, enter, change, update, and delete information on My Page.

If this Service provides links to other websites or resources, or if a link is provided to this Service from a third-party website or resource, we are not responsible for the content, use, or results of such linked sites.
(including but not limited to legality, validity, accuracy, certainty, safety, currency and completeness)
We may also remove any link without prior notice if we reasonably believe that the linked site or resource is illegal or operationally inappropriate.
We are not responsible for any direct or indirect damage suffered by members due to temporary suspension, discontinuation or change of this service for any of the following reasons.
(1) In case of natural disasters such as fire, earthquake, flood, lightning, or heavy snowfall
(2) In case of social unrest such as war, civil war, terrorism, riot, or disturbance
(3) If you do not receive appropriate service from the telecommunications company, carrier, or provider with which we have contracted.
(4) When a technical reason arises that makes it impossible for us to respond
We will fulfill our obligations and be exempted from liability by processing business according to the member's registration information.
If a member causes damage to another user or a third party by using this service, the member must resolve the problem at his/her own responsibility and expense and must not cause any damage to the company.
Article 18 Prohibited Acts
Users must not perform the following acts and must compensate for all damages resulting from violations.
(1) An act that causes or is likely to cause disadvantage or damage to the Company or a third party.
(2) Acts of using this service for commercial purposes (except in cases where prior permission has been granted by the Company)
(3) Acts that violate laws or have the risk of violating laws
(4) Acts of using content obtained through this service beyond the scope of private use
(5) Acts of duplicating, selling, publishing, distributing, disclosing or performing similar acts on content obtained through this service to third parties
(6) Uploading computer viruses, etc. to this service or transmitting them via email, etc.
Article 19 Intellectual Property Rights
All intellectual property rights to the content provided through this service belong to us or third parties to whom we have granted permission for use.
Any unauthorized reproduction, reprinting, or secondary use for any purpose is prohibited by domestic and international copyright laws, and in the event of violation, we will immediately take legal action.

If a dispute leads to litigation, the Seoul Eastern District Court shall be the court of exclusive jurisdiction in the first instance.

These Terms of Use apply to all users from February 25, 2025.
