Products sold on the REFRAF ONLINE STORE share inventory with our physical stores.

Therefore, even after an online order has been placed, the item may sell out due to real-time inventory fluctuations.

If a stockout is confirmed, we will contact you individually to inform you about changes to your order or its cancellation.

Furthermore, if a temporary system error occurs due to simultaneous access by many customers, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis according to the order of receipt.

Please be aware in advance that we bear no responsibility for order processing results due to such inventory shortages or system failures. We also cannot respond to claims or disputes regarding these matters.

APPLICATION FOR ORDER CONTRACT

After you complete your product order, we will send an "Order Confirmation Email" to your registered email address.

This email is for confirming your order details and does not signify the completion of a sales contract for the product.

At this point, it is merely the acceptance of your application for a sales contract; your order is not yet finalized.

ORDER FINALIZATION AND CONTRACT ESTABLISHMENT

After the stock for your ordered product has been secured, we will ship the product to your registered address and simultaneously send a "Shipping Completion Email."

We will deem your order accepted upon the sending of this email, and a sales contract between you and us shall be established at this point.

Payment processing will also occur simultaneously with the establishment of the contract.

* The Shipping Completion Email will include a shipping tracking number.

* This email is different from the "Order Confirmation Email" sent immediately after placing your order.

GUIDANCE EMAILS AFTER ORDERING

We will send you emails in the following order after your purchase:

Order Confirmation Email

This email contains the details of your ordered products. Please check if the contents are correct.

* Your order is not finalized at this stage.

Shipping Completion Email

This email informs you that your ordered products have been shipped.

It includes your shipping tracking number.

* Your order is finally confirmed upon the sending of this email.

Order Details Confirmation Email

This will only be sent if there are address input errors, stock shortages, or other cases where confirmation of order details is required.

ABOUT EMAIL RECEPTION

If you do not receive the order confirmation email, shipping completion email, or inquiry-related emails, it may be due to spam filter settings or rejection settings.

Please add the "REFRAF.COM" domain to your allowed senders list in advance and verify that your registered email address is correct.

Payment for product costs can be made via credit card or other methods designated by us.
Available payment methods will be presented during the order process.

Hokkaido, Kyushu, Okinawa: ¥1,380
Free shipping conditions: Free shipping for orders of ¥11,000 (tax included) or more

Delivery Days
Products are usually shipped within 3 to 10 days after the order confirmation email is sent.

However, shipping may be delayed due to order status or logistics. In such cases, we will notify you separately.

■ International Shipping

Shipping Service

International shipping is carried out using international shipping carriers such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS.

Shipping costs are calculated based on product weight and delivery region and will be displayed at checkout.

Customs Duties and Taxes

For internationally shipped products, customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, etc., may be incurred based on the laws of the destination country.

All these costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid directly to the shipping carrier or customs broker.

REFUNDS

■ In case of company reasons (initial defects, incorrect delivery, etc.)

In cases attributable to our responsibility, such as product defects or incorrect delivery, the full amount paid will be refunded.

■ In case of customer reasons (exchanges, returns, etc.)

In the case of returns or exchanges due to customer reasons, the remaining amount after deducting round-trip shipping costs, bank transfer fees, and other incurred expenses will be refunded.

■ For Credit Card, Smartphone Payment, and Paidy Payment

If you use credit card, smartphone payment, or Paidy deferred payment, refunds will be processed according to the regulations of each payment company.

The refund timing and reflection date vary depending on your card company or payment company.
