Products sold at REFRAF ONLINE STORE are jointly managed with offline stores and stocked.
Due to this, stock availability may be affected by real-time inventory fluctuations even after an online order has been placed.
If an item is confirmed to be out of stock, we will contact you individually to provide instructions on changing or canceling your order.
Additionally, if a temporary error occurs on the site due to simultaneous access by multiple users, orders will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis in the order in which they were received.
We ask for your understanding regarding the results of order processing due to stock shortages or system failures, and we inform you in advance that any claims or objections due to this will not be accepted.
Order contract application
After you complete your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address you entered.
This email is sent to confirm your order details and does not constitute the conclusion of a contract to purchase a product.
Please note that this step is an application submission stage for a purchase agreement and that your order is not yet confirmed.
Confirmation of purchase and conclusion of contract
Once the product you ordered is back in stock, the product will be shipped to the shipping address you registered, and an email will be sent at the same time to confirm that the order has been shipped.
As of the time of sending this email, your order request is accepted by us, and your order is thus finalized and a sales contract is formally established between you and us.
Payment processing begins as soon as the contract is established.
※ The email confirming the order has been shipped will be sent at the time the product is actually shipped, and includes a shipping tracking number.
Please note that this is a separate email from the order confirmation email sent immediately after ordering.

Payment for products can be made by any method we specify, including credit card payment.

Domestic Shipping Information
Shipping Policy
Order amount over 100,000 won: Free shipping
Order amount less than 100,000 won: Shipping fee of 3,500 won applied
Jeju Island and island/mountainous areas: Shipping fee of 5,000~9,000 won applied

Delivery Schedule
Products are usually shipped within 3 to 10 days after the order confirmation email is sent.
However, delivery may be delayed depending on an increase in order volume or logistics circumstances, in which case we will provide separate notice.
Overseas Shipping Information
Delivery Service
Overseas shipping is done through international express delivery companies such as FedEx, DHL, UPS, and EMS.
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the ordered items and the delivery area, and the exact amount will be displayed on the checkout screen when making payment.
Customs and taxes
For overseas delivery, customs duties, import taxes, and customs clearance fees may be imposed upon customs clearance in accordance with the laws of the receiving country.
All such costs are the responsibility of the recipient and must be paid directly to the shipping company or customs broker upon receipt of the goods.

Returns and Exchange Policy
Returns and order cancellations due to customer change of mind are not permitted.
We will not accept order cancellations or returns due to the customer's simple change of mind (ordering error, size selection error, differences between the image and the actual product, etc.).
Please check carefully before purchasing the product and place your order carefully.
Obligation to check after receiving the product
After receiving the product, please immediately check the product condition and whether it matches the order details.
However, the following cases are not considered as fundamental defects in the product and are therefore not considered grounds for return or exchange.
Dimensional errors that may occur due to the nature of knit and elastic materials (approximately 2-3 cm)

Returns and exchanges due to initial defects and incorrect delivery

Returns or exchanges are only possible if the product arrives at our office within 7 days of receiving the product.
However, if there is no exchangeable stock, a refund will be issued.

Return and Exchange Conditions
Items eligible for return or exchange must meet all of the following conditions:
1. The product must be unused and have the product tag attached.
2. All accessories (components), invoices, etc. included in the product must be preserved in their original condition.
3. Other conditions separately set by our company must be met.
If the above conditions are not met, returns and exchanges may be restricted.
Items that cannot be returned or exchanged
In the cases below, returns, refunds, and exchanges are not possible.
1. Products with signs of use or wear
2. Products that have been contaminated or damaged due to customer negligence
3. Products that have been processed, repaired or washed by the customer.
4. Damaged, lost or broken product packaging
※ Additionally, color differences due to differences in screens of digital devices are not considered defects.
Shipping costs for returns and exchanges
In case of initial defects and incorrect delivery: We will cover all round-trip shipping costs.
In case of customer reasons: The customer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs for returns and exchanges.
Refund Information
In case of our fault (defect or incorrect delivery)
If a refund is required due to our responsibility, such as initial defects or incorrect delivery of the product, we will refund the full amount paid by the customer.
In case of customer-attributable reasons (exchange request, change of mind, etc.)
In case of exchange or refund due to change of mind due to customer's circumstances,
We will refund the remaining amount after deducting the round-trip shipping cost, bank transfer fee, and other incurred costs from the product price.
Card, smartphone payment and Paidy payment related matters
